Cornish Lithium Further Strengthens Its Management Team

Cornish Lithium Ltd (“the Company”), the innovative mineral exploration and development company based in Cornwall, UK, is delighted to have strengthened its management team with the appointment of two new senior team members, Patrick Forward as Head of Project Development – Hard Rock Minerals, and Henry Chalcraft as its Land Agent. These appointments are announced as the Company works to develop its projects and mineral rights portfolio across Cornwall, to implement its goal of creating a battery metals hub for the benefit of the region and the UK as a whole.

As the Company continues to develop its portfolio of projects, including the construction of a Pilot Plant at the United Downs Deep Geothermal Project and the publication of its maiden resource at its Trelavour Hard Rock Project, Cornish Lithium believes this to be the opportune time to expand its growing team and embed further expertise within the Company.

Patrick brings a wealth of experience of developing a multitude of hard rock base and precious metals projects across the globe. In addition, his experience as a Qualified Person in relation to NI 43-101 and JORC reporting will prove invaluable as the Company moves towards the publication of its maiden resource at Trelavour. Henry has enjoyed a successful career in both land management and minerals extraction. The combination of his experience in these two sectors will be of great benefit to Cornish Lithium as it looks to consolidate its mineral rights portfolio and foster Cornish Lithium’s diverse land use relationships.

Jeremy Wrathall, Founder and CEO of Cornish Lithium, said: “On behalf of Cornish Lithium, I would like to offer Patrick and Henry a warm welcome to the Company. We are delighted to continue to attract such high calibre individuals as we work towards the development of our exciting portfolio. They will be joining us at a busy time as we work towards the publication of the maiden resource statement at Trelavour and the commissioning of the Pilot Plant at United Downs. These activities will be key milestones in our journey to establish an innovative minerals extraction industry for Cornwall and the UK.”
