General Meeting of the Shareholders of Cornish Lithium Plc, 30th August 2023
Cornish Lithium is a highly innovative mineral exploration and development company focused on the environmentally-sustainable extraction of lithium from geothermal waters and hard rock in the historic mining district of Cornwall.
Further to the announcement on 8th August 2023 confirming that the company had, subject to shareholder approval, agreed terms of a financing transaction with UKIB, EMG and TechMet (the “Financing”), a General Meeting of the shareholders of Cornish Lithium Plc will be held at the Tremough Innovation Centre, Penryn, Cornwall TR10 9TA at 14:00 on Wednesday 30th August 2023 to vote on matters relating to the Financing. We will be delighted to see you there and members of the team will be available after the General Meeting to meet with shareholders and answer any questions you may have.
A Zoom link will be circulated to shareholders closer to the date of the meeting for those who wish to listen to the General Meeting remotely. However, please note, shareholders will not be able to participate, vote or otherwise ask questions via the Zoom link. Shareholders wishing to participate should either attend the meeting in person or submit a duly completed proxy form as per the instructions set out on the General Meeting Notice.
